Heron's Roost - Enjoy the larger Heron's Roost complete with fully equipped kitchen. Suitable for four. Self-catered continental breakfast provided (homemade granola, homemade bread, muffins, eggs, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and more) provided for first morning only.

**NOTE: Charge for each additional person $20/night. Heron's Roost comfortably sleeps 4 people for longer stays but can accommodate 6 people.

Cancellations
If you cancel your stay within 30 days of your arrival we will refund your deposi (50% of reservation) t less $25. If you cancel less than 30 days before your arrival date you forfeit your deposit unless we are able to re-book at which time you will only be charged the $25 booking fee. Full charge for no shows.
